Pacific Coat did a really great job from start to finish on my rental property. The condition of the exterior was absolutely awful before they brought it back to life as best they could without sanding. Before,there was bubbling, pealing, cracked paint surfaces all over and it’s hard to believe it’s the same property. Adam did a great job preparing the estimate and providing accurate expectations for what can be done with siding this old and lacking proper maintenance over the years.
